Dorothy's Big Day

Back in mid-September, Dorothy's family gathered to celebrate her 70th birthday. We enjoyed a lovely dinner at Nat's on Maple followed by a surprise presentation, presents and cake at her daughter Cathy's home.

Dorothy had no idea that her kids had been plotting, er, planning a surprise "This is Your Life" style presentation to honor her on her big day. Everyone had great fun contributing to the presentation and taking part in revealing it to Dorothy. Her daughter Karla, also compiled all of the memories submitted by friends and family and lovingly created a beautiful scrapbook memento that Dorothy can page through and enjoy.
